ARUTHAL COMPUTER TRAINING centre (ACT centre) Vision is to help and promote the cause of humanity from poor circumstances in deprived areas and enable them to attain decencies of life. The objective of this program is to fund and sponsor the education of children and youth who are at risk of discontinuing their studies due to very impoverished circumstances.
